Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon is scheduled for Sunday, 18th October 2026 and this prestigious event promises to once again transform New Delhi into a vibrant arena of determination, pride and transformation.

Registration opens on 23rd July 2026 at 7:00 AM

• Event Venue: Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi
• Minimum age eligibility to apply for the Half Marathon race category is 18 years and above (born on or before 17.10.2008)
• Confirmed Half Marathon men and women participants will receive a Puma race day t-shirt.
• Application confirmation will be sent to your registered email id and will also be updated in your profile on the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon website post 10 working days of registering. You need to login with your registered email id to view your application status.
• All finishers of the Half Marathon race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day.
• While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of half marathon finishers will be available for download from sportstimingsolutions post 21 working days from race day.
• If you’re taking on the 21.097 km distance in Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 for the very first time, you’ll receive a specially designed Debutant Bib – your badge of honour to wear with pride on race day.
• All confirmed participants can enjoy a free Delhi Metro ride on race day!

What is a Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Charity Bib?

Charity Bibs are special running entries reserved for participating NGOs, enabling runners to secure a place in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon while supporting a cause through a charitable donation.

Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Charity Bib Allocation Process

1. Apply Online: Visit vdhm.lakshyaa.co.in/charity-bib and apply for a Charity Bib.
2. Choose Your Cause & NGO: Select your preferred cause and NGO from the list of participating organizations. Visit: vdhm.lakshyaa.co.in/organisations/ngo
3. NGO Connects with You: Your application is forwarded to the selected NGO, which will contact you to complete the donation process.
4. Donation Verification: Once the NGO verifies your donation, Lakshyaa issues a unique Charity Bib Registration Code.
5. Complete Race Registration: Use the Registration Code to register on the Procam event portal and pay the applicable race registration fee.
6. Receive Confirmation: Procam will send a confirmation email containing your application number and registration details.
7. Collect Your Charity Bib: Collect your Charity Bib from the Lakshyaa Counter at the Get Active Expo by showing your confirmation email.

Important Points of Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Charity Bib

• Charity Bibs are issued subject to race category availability.
• Charity Bib donations are non-refundable & separate from the event registration fee payable to Procam.
• Registration must be completed within 24–48 hours of receiving the Charity Bib
• Registration Code; otherwise, the code may expire and the bib may be released back into the available pool.
• Participating NGOs may request a higher donation based on their fundraising needs.

Can I participate in a Half Marathon without a prior timing certificate?

No, Entry to the Half Marathon race category is only against a timing certificate except limited places under Charity running places. Please note, the timing certificate will have to be given at the time of registration and cannot be submitted later.

Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Confirmation Criteria

Entry to the Half Marathon race category is only against a timing certificate.

You must have participated in a distance running event that fulfills the following requirements:

1. The running event must have been conducted on or after 1st October 2024.

2. To be eligible for this confirmation under this criterion, your timing certificate needs to show your finish time as specified below:

• 10Km Run: 01.35:00 or faster
• 25Km Run: 04:11:00 or faster
• Half Marathon (21.097Km): 03:30:00 or faster
• Marathon (42.195Km): 07:18:00 or faster

3. Applicants will get their confirmation within 10 working days of registration.

Timing results, rankings and certificates of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 will be generated only for runners who complete the 21.097 distance within 3 hour 30 minutes from their start time.

Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Baggage facility

Participants who opt for the baggage facility (available only to Half Marathon and Open 10K participants) must collect the official baggage tag issued by Procam International. A refundable security deposit of INR 500 per baggage tag will be charged at registration and refunded within 15 working days after race day.

Can I transfer my bib to somebody else or somebody else can run on my bib?

No, it cannot be transferred to somebody else. Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2026.

Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Start Waves

On race day, there will be a Start Wave based on the timing certificate provided at the time of registration.

Applicants who had applied for and got confirmed in the Half Marathon race category will get allotted start waves for race day (18th October 2026) based on the finish timings mentioned on respective timing certificates submitted at the time of application.

Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Bib Collection Details

In order to collect the running number bib from the PLAYSCAPE – Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (VDHM) 2026 Expo (Thursday, 15th October to Saturday, 17th October 2026), participants will need to choose their bib collection time slots.

Confirmed Half Marathon men and women participants will receive a Puma race day t-shirt at the Bib Collection Center within the PLAYSCAPE – Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (VDHM) 2026 Expo.
